Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48hrs in advance to avoid any penalties. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice then please be advised that you will be required to pay a percentage of the treatment booked if your appointment is unable to be filled. You will receive an invoice via email with the amount due in cases such as this. 48 hours notice - No charge 24 hours notice - 50% of the treatment cost less than 24 hours notice - 100% of the treatment cost If your appointment can be filled by another client - No charge
